Video Games Addictions are not always a bad thing. You can use them to make long lasting friends and make the most of your hobby. Of course it is important to not be totally consumed by the game but video games can teach us a lot.

Online Video games are no exception. While talking to fellow gamers by typing may not be the most social activity in the world it can enhance the experience of the game 100 fold. Forming friendships, which are really simply ‘alliances’ in the video games world make a game that much better.

With the impending release of Halo 3 you can expect far more exiting things to be happening here on Video Games Addictions. In 3 weeks this site will really hot up. You don’t have long to wait till everything is unveiled!

The Video Games Addictions screen shot competition has been delayed until August 1st. I plan on doubling the prize money by then so be sure to submit your screenshots! You may enter screenshots from Halo1 (PC/MAC), Halo2 (PC) and Counter Strike Source (PC). In my last post I posted some Halo1 screenshots that I took. You can look forward to some more screenshots from Counter Stroke Source (PC), which I will be adding shortly!

Video Games addictions is a new and fast developing site. There will be forums where you can discuss your favourite video games, sell video games amongst each other, vote for your favourite video games and trade stories on your addictions to gaming.

This site will also have a rotating header! The header is the image behind the title ‘Video Games Addictions’. It will include the best of my screenshots from Counter Strike Source and is going to look amazing! For your screenshot to become part of the header and exposed for 1000s of people to see simply submit your screenshots!
